Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops Demo is out and up at the www.pspdemocenter.com in both flavors of .zip (for PC browsers) and direct download (for PSP browsers).

and like full auto 2 ... its small.

I downloaded the Metal Gear Solid demo and when I run it it says ''The game cannnot start"
And I downloaded it 3 times to make sure it was not a downloaded error but the message still comes

the original eboot requires 3.40 ... others have told me that if you hex it the lowest it can go is 3.11 as there were people with 3.03 and 3.10 who couldn't get it to work.

everyone with newer firmwares however haven't had much of a problem ... what firmware are you chilling with archie?

The demo is designed for multiplayer only, from what I read earlier tonite. So.. the game cannot start..without at least 1 other player.

actually what happens if the game starts you are able to either join a game or host a game.

if you host it then you can start roaming around and will just be waiting for opponents to join and if you pick to join a game you will receive a Can Not Find a Game message unless you have someone else who is hosting a game near by as this is an Ad Hoc only demo ... no infrastructure

if its not even getting to where you can select to host a game then its probably because of the firmware.

Can someone help me download these. cause when i press any of these links, i click open, and it downloads. after its done a word file opens. idk what to do after that.

I have done 2 successful downloads before [but that was a while ago] and now i cant.
before when i did it, windows explorer opened and i could extract and put it on my PSP but not it always opens a word file.

any help appretiated.

dont click open, can't transfer files to psp without saving a file... so click save next time on all downloads then delete them afterwards
