it's an optical illusion, the rotation of the blades is in sync with the frame rate of the camera. notice how the blades point up. they droop when they aren't moving

so the frame rate of the camera shutters is in sync with the blades of the helicopter meanig really really fast ... that and the you notice the tail blades are moving at a different speed. It is moving slower than the blades keeping the copter up. Neat trick, you should also find the rubber blades that's also from the same website posted at the end.

Yeah I seen it before and what mikeike says is true.
But what im suprised is as I let this page open I was accually browsing though a Optical Illusion site
