i got it last night at midnight and played till 6 this morning, work really sucks right now. I agree with chimpy technically this game is nothing short of amazing.

Any word on when that might be?
When the last GTA (SA) released how long did it take to release the PC version.

Straight from wikipedia:
San Andreas was released for the PlayStation 2 on October 26, 2004 in North America and on October 29, 2004 in Europe and Australia. It was released in Japan on January 25, 2007.[11] The Windows and Xbox ports were released on June 7, 2005 in North America and June 10, 2005 in Europe and Australia.

GTA 4 is just too addicting not to play for 6 or 7 hours. Really though that was a one time thing i only play like that on the weekends if i have nothing else going on.

I found this "rumor" and though I would share it with you. Please keep in mind this is just a "rumor" for now.

French site Jeuxpo reports that Grand Theft Auto IV will be released on PC in Europe this October. Though they do not offer any specific sources, they do cite retail plans. GTA 4 will set stores on fire on April 29 for PS3 and Xbox 360. This time around, the game is based on a rip off version of New York City, dubbed Liberty City, and is set in the present time. Besides the obvious crime-based missions in the game, players will have the option to make friends and maintain relationships with people in the game for added benefits.
