I have had my Wii for about two weeks now, and I am very satisfied. There is one thing that has been bad, but is now resolved. I have only had problems with syncing a second remote to my Wii console, and using the Wii troubleshooting guide i solved that very easily. The third day I had my Wii i was playing bowling through Wii Sports and my controller strap broke and my Wii Remote went flying through the air. I went to it after the accident and i was busted. I called Nintendo and explained the incident. They were very helpful. I sent my Wii Remote in. They paid for shipping and I recieved a new one about a week later. When I opened the package to my surprise the Wii Remote was slightly thicker as it felt. When i compared it to my other one it was. It felt 2X more durable too. As i went to Sync it to my Wii and as i put the Saftey Strap on it had a little thicker saftey strap. It was indeed more evolved so that the Remote would not come off of the wrist band. I still looks a little shaky and i think they could of done a little more, but it is a working progress. I was amazed on how well Nintendo had resolved this problem in just Weeks after launch. Nintendo is trying to make customers and buyers happy and in my mind they are doing well. Hooray Nintendo!
