Playstation 3 error codes wireless connection Germany

Just got a ps3 in December from Walmart stateside. Just wanted to drop a line for those military and so forth trying to connect in Germany. I was getting alot of error codes when i first tried getting on wirelessly, the really annoyinying was the dns error code. Then i went to the sony webpage and that page said that only the 60 gb model could connect wirelessly.I have a 80 gb. I got discouraged but pressed on and found no help. After called telekom, I found out my playstation needed to have authorization from the dsl box, so i had to use the ip address for the dsl box to get into to authorize my playstation. You also need to make sure your dsl box is setup for wireless activity.
