Are you not a fan of the Wii, because if you are this seems a little bit like a Nintendo kind of haterish act. People that don't understand what I mean read the article in th link.

well is more of an opinion of how much better nintendo could have been about making there next gen system better in terms of hardware power and how a new controler is nice and all but is it really going to make up for the lack of graphics, physics, etc.

and i dont hate the wii i just think it would have been so much more better if it was more powerful and that is what this article explans

it also states that the wii is not a big step up from the pervious generation (except the new control) and if nintendo were to contiue at this rate it a 10 years or so what will the new nintendo system be like

I agree with dark ninja. If the graphics were improved alot then alot of people who think graphics are everything would buy it.

That's partly true, but some people that consider Nintendo "kiddy" wouldn't buy it, which makes me mad that SOME NOT ALL people won't give Nintendo one ounce of a chance. You see these snotty people tell you "I'm getting(insert console name here) and only that and won't change no matter how much better (insert console brand here)'s console is."

I wasn't trying to start a fight. A question isn't an insult get over it. By the way,I love PS3 graphics. Those graphics OWN. I'll say it to the whole world, but I don't just want a console for good graphics, so there you go. I want to have fun, so therefor I prefer a Wii over a PS3 (although I'm not saying the PS3 isn't fun). If you noticed Mikeike, the last time I did that was end of MAy, I stopped because I realized it was pointless.

You are correct in some areas. But, the Wii does have an internet browser and a photo channel to hook up your digital camera, and you can veiw temperatures of other places from around the world through a weather sattelite when hooked up to the internet. I undersatnd. Alot of people have been saying "The is innovative but it's not next gen". Yes even a fanboy like me kind of admits that, but I want it because it seems like the exclusives and other games on it will be awesome, and for the controller. So basically, I want the Wii to have fun, not the features.

Hate to state the obvious, but you're describing yourself almost perfectly in this situation.. One shouldn't get into an arguement or discussion, debating his point by becoming it all the while stressing that these people are bad. In essence, it is the same as exclaiming "man, god damnit I hate whiners, they always whine so much, why won't they stop whining..." Hopefully I don't have to explain the contradiction in that statement..

sure whiners are wieners but aaron's got a point because like he said it won't just be graphics to also bring people further to the wii (say that out loud) but it will also be mature games but both of those things aren't neccasary one bit it's just that some people won't learn but am not talking about you guys.

One person had an link while others seem to argue that, not only are people not entitled to have an link they use their own link to establish a link in a discussion and original article that is based entirely around link .

You see, if I had entered this discussion saying, "but no, he is stupid for having a preference and opinion", while backing up my claims with a statement that contradicts my entry into the discussion, that makes me a hypocrite. So in the end, why bother.. it's all well and good to express how you feel, but don't do what you expect other people not to.

Here is another similar statement.. "How dare you say that the xbox 360 sucks, you are stupid for stating your opinion. Oh, by the way, ps3, wii, dreamcast, ps2, GC, n64, Snes genesis, Nes, gameboy and gamegear all suck and you are stupid for liking them"

It's endless
