Could be a firewall, or the connection isnt right
I dont have a ps3, but its usually what the problems are.

i have error code 80130186 and the message states that my ethernet cable is not connected,when it is????
the cable still works on my xbox 360 and pc, but not on my ps3,strange ????
anyone have any idea at all please?

I also have error code 8013013D, my system runs of wireless router, my PC is conected & net is working fine but for some
reason can't get my PS3 to re-connect to router, why? Any help would be great.
By the way this started happening when I tried to play MGS4 online, ever since no network connection, please help!!!

This is what I got for my error code, don't know if it works yet.
8013013D "A connection error has occurred" - May be to do with the SSID of the Router or signal strength if the conneciton drops Putting the PS3 into DMZ may help - otherwise check WPA key PS3 can't handle WPA2 only WPA or none
