if the psp can have XP on it, could it..

but wait twinkie to install halo you must have XP and you cant do tha on a PSPt. You cannot install a Operating software in the PSP

 omg could u imagine if you could play PC games on PS3. Xbox would go bankrupt since almost every game that comes out for xbox goes on PC.

Without Live, most of those games would be useless. Considering they try and etch a path into developers heads to say "the game doesn't need to be long, or even have single player at all, just add some form of multiplayer and leaderboard tracking so kids will pretend to watch their epeen grow" Register / login
