The Nintendo Wii, is NOT next gen or past gen.

Its using old tecnology - from an old console.
It will never win.

You say sales have gone through the roof, toppled charts, but you forgot to mention that - LOTS AND LOTS of wii owners, within a few hours put their Nintendo Wii's up for sale on Ebay - because they are rubbish.

e.g. You walk in to a game shop, people arn't looking at the Wii stuff, no they are looking at PS3 and 360 stuff.

To buy a Wii item, you need a mask, so no one can see your face, for your protection. Buy a Wii, deserve to be shot.

Amazing, the idiot came to town. Get your butt out of here, in the meantime you can worship your stupid fanboy friends like godofgta3 that puts gay vids on Youtube. In the meantime, watch this! link This is a video response to one of godofgta3's vids. You can watch the original PS3 Rules Part 1 by the idiotic sony fanboy, godofgta3. But listen to the guy's points. When you look at godofgta3's points, it just just shows how ignorant Sony fanboys are, so yeah, umm. Wait, people need a mask to buy Wii stuff? For one, if you go into a gamestop, most of thw workers there probably have a Wii, secondly people who buy Wii deserve to get shot? Well guess what? Some people got shot in Connecticut at launch for a PS3, and that's what they deserve for buying the PS3. Another thing, the only reason why I sold a Wii on ebay was because I bought a second one to make more profit and I can tell you right now, I will never get tired of the Wii. Now the PS3, I'm already tired of just playing the PS3 demos! To me, PS3 is just a glorified PS2. Before you make a stupid childish rant like that, please get your facts straight. You went beyond an opinion, that was one of godofgta3's gay rants. Please leave.

And mattyd, you got it wrong. When people walk into Gamestop, they are looking at the Wii and 360 stuff, not the PS3.

that is a gross generalization that wasn't well thought out. for one I am a PSP and PS3 owner ... I do not walk into Gamestop to look for Wii and 360 stuff ... if i did someone might need to put me in a loony bin.

this doesn't mean i agree with mattyd's opinion ... and just because you don't agree doesn't mean you can go around calling him an "idiot". i don't care if people speak their mind but i highly disprove of name calling ... it really negates any validity of your posts and causes others to want to ignore you.

this is ture.......i had a wii but i got a ps3 soon after i got the ps3 i then i sold off my wii for 250 ......

Look at this. link I did an ebay search for the Nintendo Wii and this came up. There are quite a few, but notice how they are new! They aren't used, Indego may be part of a couple people that did. He doesn't like it and prefers PS3, it's fine with me.....HEY wait a second, this was an April fools joke! He did the same in the PS3 forum, nevermind.
